This past fall and early winter, we communicated with you that the district was making progress with our efforts to present our community with a facilities plan to address our students’ and district’s needs. There were several steps in the planning process and many issues needed to be addressed.
We are excited to share with our community that we will be moving forward with our efforts to present our community with a ballot issue request in May of 2018 to address Phase I of our Facilities Master Plan.
One of our core principles involves our promise to pursue opportunities to ensure all students learn in safe and appropriate facilities. Our plan addresses our students’ and district’s needs in a responsible and practical manner. We will continue to share more information and facts throughout the process.
