BCLSD & Class of 1967 Unveil The Wall of Remembrance

Wall of Remembrance - Honored

Through efforts and donations by the Class of 1967, the BCLSD has been able to establish a Wall of Remembrance as a way to properly recognize BCLSD graduates that have bravely sacrificed their lives while serving in the line of duty.

This October, the Class of 1967 celebrated their 50th reunion and were recognized as a group during a home football game.  Earlier this year, two representatives from the Class of 1967, Mr. Chris Claypool and Mr. Thane Hecox, approached the district with the desire to donate funds raised by their class to properly recognize BC graduates that lost their lives while serving in the line of duty.

The BCLSD would like to thank the Class of 1967 for this meaningful initiative.  The Wall of Remembrance can be seen near the auditorium entrance in the Bloom-Carroll Middle School.
